How to Soothe Irritated Skin Around Eyes Naturally

As the rose is an anti-inflammatory flower so its water is enriched with healing properties. Rosewater helps as a toner as it improves the flow of blood and its healing properties heal scars and rashes. You can use rose water drops and pour them directly into your eyes or you can also use cotton dabbed in rose water and place it over your eyes for about 10-15 minutes for a healing effect. 

9. Witch Hazel

Witch hazel solution is easily available in the market and it has anti-inflammatory properties. Witch hazel also contains astringent that helps in lessening swelling and heals rashes fast. You would need to take a cotton ball, dab it in the witch hazel solution and rub it over the infected area around your eyes.

If you have this issue of red and irritated eyes, you need to take some necessary precautions to prevent this issue from happening on regular basics:

  1. Don’t take long-distance drives without breaks
  2. Wear sunglasses when out in the sun
